The two were then chased out of the hotel by Armstead, who was in his own car following closely behind, according to reports. They were reportedly hit by their duped partner near Route 211 East and Tower Drive outside of a Buffalo Wild Wings, according to eyewitness reports.
Sources say that after Wilkins exited the vehicle, Armstead pursued him and opened fire, ejecting 16 rounds from his weapon. According to reports, the younger man was fatally struck in the back and head.
Sources claim that Armstead then reloaded his weapon before turning the weapon on himself, ending his life. Sources claim Vanderheyden was unharmed.
