A father was arrested for murdering his daughter’s boyfriend after finding out that he’d sold her into sex trafficking. The man repeatedly stabbed the victim and then stuffed him inside a car trunk, according to detectives.
60-year-old John Eisenman was charged with first-degree murder and is being held on a $1 million bond at Spokane County Jail in Washington.
19-year-old Aaron Sorenson’s decomposing body in the trunk of an abandoned car last month. Detectives believe that Eisenman killed the teenager in November last year. In October last year, Eisenman discovered that his minor daughter had been sex trafficked into Seattle by Sorenson for $1,000. He was able to save her daughter and bring her back home that month.
When he found out that Sorenson was going to an address in Airway Heights, he drove there and waited for him to arrive at the area. The police said, “During that encounter Eisenman abducted the victim, tying him up and placing him in the trunk of a vehicle. Eisenman subsequently assaulted the victim by hitting him in the head with a cinder block and then stabbed him repeatedly, causing his death.”
The corpse was found stuffed in the backseat of a car that had been left in the countryside. It only discovered when someone drove it to Spokane and left it on East Everett Avenue.
According to Amber Hellmann, her boyfriend and another friend approached the car wondering why it had been there for quite some time. “They were just looking around and for some reason, they decided to look in the trunk and all I hear is, ‘there’s a body,” she said.
Police officers have arrested Eisenman and he is currently in custody. The man had no criminal history prior to his detention.
