The image shows what looks to be three men, one steadying the ‘infant’ while another holds an ice pipe, and a third who brandishes a lighter below the pipe.
The post has caused a furore among many fellow social media users with one commenter stating it ‘just makes u sick to your stomach’ and another that they ‘don’t deserve children.’

The National Drug and Alcohol Research Centre released a report in 2016, which estimated the number of Australians using methamphetamine has tripled over the previous five years to 268,000.
Methamphetamine use, which includes both ice and speed, has become an increasing problem globally in recent years with many labeling the problem an epidemic.
